How to Order

Please use the inquiry form to order products.
Please include the product number and quantity of the products desired.

How to pay

After placing an order, an email confirming total amount due and scheduled delivery date will be sent. After product delivery, please submit payment (cost of the product, handling charges, etc. Please note that for orders less than 5,000 yen, shipping charges shall be borne by the customer).

Product return or replacement

In cases of delivery of the wrong product, a defective or damaged product as a result of an accident during delivery or other reason, please notify us by telephone or email within 7 days of receiving the product.

* Please note that refund or replacement is not permitted after 7 days have elapsed from the time of delivery.

* Please note that due to the nature of the products, they cannot be replaced according to customer.

In case of damaged or defective products

In the event a delivered product has been damaged during shipment, is defective or differs from that which was ordered, the company shall seek to provide the same product for replacement. In cases where such is not possible, the order may be cancelled.
Please note that our products are basically one-of-a-kind items and some are fragile.

* In cases where damage is incurred due to a caused attributable during transport, the product may be returned under the compensation system of the shipping company.

* In cases where the defective product or a product different from the one ordered is received due to a cause attributable to the company, a refund or replacement shall be provided and additional shipping charges shall be borne by the company.

Shipping and handling charge

The following handling charge shall be charged to the customers.

For purchases ¥5,000 or more, no shipping charges are incurred.

* In cases of purchase of multiple products, shipping charges may vary according to packing conditions (package size and weight). We will notify the customer of actual charges incurred at the time of billing. Please be sure to confirm the amount.

* Delivery time may be delayed due to traffic conditions etc. Please be aware that the requested time of delivery is not guaranteed. We appreciate your understanding.

* Here is an example of the shipping charges for a standard parcel, 60 cm in size (Up to 2 kg)

Before placing an order * All of our products are handmade using surplus materials from the factory. Therefore, after the order is placed, we will check the factory parts warehouse etc., to determine whether production is possible and then notify the customer.
